LOGO PROCESS FOR SEATING:

REQUIRED INFORMATION THE CUSTOM QUOTE DEPARTMENT MUST HAVE TO PROCESS AN EMBROIDERY OR LASER ENGRAVING REQUEST.

A PDF color sample of the logo in the colors desired.

Pantone color numbers must be supplied to match colors desired for laser engraving or embroidery threads.

Detailed width and height dimensions of the logo.

Specifics on logo placement on the unit.  (Example: Centered on the front back flat, 4" down from top of back panel)

Finish color for chair for laser engraving requests only.

Fabric selection the unit model will be ordered in for embroidery requests only.

Different fabrics will require more embroidery stitches to apply the logo and the pricing may vary from fabric to fabric.

If a logo is trademarked, a TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT must be submitted to the owner of the logo and filled out in full and signed off on before a quote can be generated.
